WHAT SHOULD YOU EXPECT IN THERAPY WITH ME


In our work together, I want to be clear: I do not give advice, nor do I make decisions for you. My role is to facilitate self-awareness, helping you shed light on your own inner processes and connect more deeply with yourself. You hold the answers; I am simply here to walk alongside you as you uncover them.
As we move through this process, I will continue to get to know you, while always honoring that you know yourself more fully than I ever could. I will meet you exactly where you are, without enabling patterns that keep you stuck. I believe in offering empathy while also providing gentle, intentional challenges that bring awareness to the body, mind, spirit, and environment & support your growth at a pace that feels authentic to you.
My approach is holistic, drawing from systems-based, liberation-focused, trauma-informed, and relational perspectives. Rather than reducing you to a set of symptoms, I seek to understand your full humanity within the context of your lived experience.
My interventions are primarily experiential and humanistic, rooted in Gestalt and psychodynamic principles. At the heart of my work is a person-centered foundation, grounded in congruence, empathy, and unconditional positive regard.
This work is most powerful when you are invested in the process. The more you lean in, the more you will discover your own resilience and capacity for healing.
