Cancellation Policy

This practice requires 24 hours notice for any scheduled appointment that cannot be kept. This means that you will still be responsible for the full session fee if you fail to show for your appointment or cancel within 24 hours of appointment time.You must make payment before you are able to schedule another session. Rescheduling for emergencies is assessed on an individual basis.

Rates

Individual Therapy: Flat Rate $120; Sliding scale is currently unavailable at this time

Gender Affirming Surgery Assessment/Letter Writing: Free with the price of a standard session.

Fees for clinical record requests, treatment summaries, and other written documentation are determined at time of request, based upon length of record, associated postage, and time-frame of request.
