Gender Affirming Care Letters

What is the process to obtain a gender-affirming care letter?

• Assessments are conducted in one session, unless follow up is needed to correct or clarify any details of the referral letter for any reason. Individuals are not required to engage in ongoing therapy with me in order to access this service. If you are also seeking ongoing therapy, I am happy to discuss this with you at your visit.

• I will write the letter and do any additional labor around care for free with the cost of a standard session. The rate includes the time spent conducting the assessment and writing the referral letter.
